Situated well within the grounds of the beautiful Balnagown Estate, Hill House enjoys stunning, unbroken views across the fishing lochs and towards the Cromarty Firth. The house itself sleeps four, with the accompanying Coach House sleeping a further two. Both Hill House and the Coach House have exceptional standards of internal décor.

After a day fishing on the lochs, exploring the local area, or having enjoyed one of the many leisure activities we offer at Balnagown, Hill House provides a perfect family space to enjoy the evening ahead. With its welcoming open fire and double bay windows that display the estate’s magnificence, Hill House is always a pleasure to be in.

The house is stone built, traditionally furnished with a high attention to luxurious detail, has two double bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms, and features a bunkroom that can sleep two children, whilst the accompanying coach house sleeps two in a twin room.

All bedrooms benefit from the finest duvets, pillows, cashmere blankets and Egyptian cotton linens, whilst bathrooms come with super-luxe, heavyweight towels and bespoke toiletries.

Facing south east, Hill House enjoys most of the afternoon sun, filling the internal space with light, and inviting walks into the gardens and beautiful surrounding areas and woodland. A well-appointed kitchen and access to modern essentials, such as broadband and satellite television, makes Hill House a truly excellent place to stay.
