Balnagown Estates is a significant employer with around 10 fulltime positions, plus numerous external contractors and suppliers who directly depend on the estates for orders and sub-contracting work.

Excluding management, Balnagown Estates employs 3 gardeners, 1 maintenance technician, 2 housekeepers, 2 admin personnel and  3 security personnel.
