At Balnagown we realise that we are part of a wider community, part of both of Easter Ross and the Highlands.

We currently employ nine full-time permanent staff, five part-time permanent staff, and three part-time seasonal staff. We also employ five further members of staff on a contract basis.

The proof as they say is in the pudding with most of our staff having enjoyed working here over five years and our longest serving members of staff over 20.
In the six months that I have been here I have had the opportunity to attend both chainsaw and spraying courses, which I passed with flying colours. It feels great to have another string to my bow.
